Participation

Those wishing to register for s-PolyMat 2012 are requested to complete the "Registration form" as soon as possible. Number of  participants is limited to 450.

The registration fee includes:
 

  • Participation to all sessions

  • Lunches
  • Dinners
  • Conference dinner
  • Music performance
  • Coffee /tea at breaks
  • Poster bars
  • Welcome and Farewell
Early Bird Registration Fee amounts to Euro 395
(Payment before 15-01-2012)

The Registration Fee amounts to Euro 450
(Payment after 15-01-2012)
     
The All-in Fee for non-scientific Accompanying persons amounts to Euro 200

We have no means for Fee reductions

 
Payments of the Registration Fee should be made via Bank transfer

Participants must book a hotel room themselves.
The Conference Centre has 160 hotel rooms (2 and 3 star). Those who prefer to stay in the Rolduc Hotel are advised to book their room as soon as possible.
Participants travelling by car may wish to book a nearby hotel to their preference.
