Participation

Participants limited to 150.

Those wishing to register for the discussion meeting are requested to complete the "Registration form" as soon as possible. 

All participants need to book the all inclusive Accommodation /Participation Package. This fee includes:
 
  • 3 Nights single room in Rolduc Abbey
  • Breakfasts
  • Lunches
  • Dinners
  • Conference dinner
  • Music performance
  • Coffee /tea at breaks
  • Poster bars
  • Welcome and Farewell
The ”all-in” accommodation package amounts to € 525 (standard room, shared shower facilities), alternatively       € 600 (luxury rooms with shower) has to be transferred to the bank account (see bank info). NO refunds are possible, however you may send a representative.

For an extra night in the abbey (including dinner) there will be an additional charge of  € 100. All prices are fixed rates.
Non-scientific accompanying persons, sharing rooms with a participant, are welcome at the “all-in” accommodation package at an additional € 375 (shared room only)
